International Energy Corp. or IEC was
formed in March 2006 to produce oil and gas from older wells that had
been abandoned or reworked with modest production by the utilization
of
new recovery technology to enhance their production and to
drill offset wells to older wells. The strategy is sound with
no real downside to its assets nor revenues. The Company is a
wholly-owned subsidiary of AusTex Oil Limited, trading on the
Australian Stock Exchange under the symbol of AOK.
